Two product systems

Cover the load Line the container

Pallet covers protect from the outside. Liner bags create a protective inner layer inside bins, cartons, drums, boxes or other bulk containers.

Pallet Covers

Made-to-order covers for palletized goods during storage, internal movement and shipment preparation.
Loose covers, gusseted covers or made-to-fit formats
Top-cover, full-height and bottom-seal options subject to design
Clear, natural or custom colors
Perforated rolls, folded packs or other packing formats
Optional additives or printing reviewed per project
LINER BAG PHOTO 3:2
Large liner opened inside an industrial bin, pallet box, carton, drum or FIBC. Show how the liner fits the container and protects the contents.

Liner Bags

Flexible inner packaging for bulk materials, ingredients, powders, components and industrial products.
Flat, gusseted, shaped or fitted liner concepts
Open-top, tie-top or sealable configurations depending on use
Loose liners, liners on roll or packed sets
Custom dimensions based on container geometry
Material and documentation reviewed for the intended application
02
Protection matrix

Specify only the protection your application actually needs.

Performance depends on resin, film construction, gauge, dimensions, additives, closure and handling conditions. Requirements should be confirmed before quotation.
Dust & surface protection
Helps separate the product or pallet from dust, warehouse debris and routine handling contact.
Moisture management
Film and closure can be reviewed around exposure conditions and the sensitivity of the packed goods.
Puncture & tear resistance
Material selection can be adjusted for corners, edges, weight, handling and internal product shape.
Seal integrity
Seal type and strength should match the film, dimensions, pack weight and closing method.
Clarity or concealment
Choose clear film for visibility or colored/opaque film for identification and discretion.
Static-control options
Anti-static or other specialty options require project-specific technical review and validation.
Outdoor exposure options
UV-stabilized concepts may be discussed when duration, climate and storage conditions are known.
Food-contact projects
Material declarations and suitability must be confirmed for the specific product, market and use.
Avoid generic claims such as “waterproof,” “food grade,” “UV proof” or “anti-static” until the exact material, test method and target application have been confirmed.
03
Application routes

Designed around the packed product and the real handling environment.

A good specification starts with the product, container, pallet, packing process, storage conditions and destination market—not with film thickness alone.

Warehousing & export pallets

Finished goods, cartons, furniture components, appliances and general industrial loads.

Food ingredients & dry products

Powders, grains, bakery ingredients, dry mixes and other bulk products subject to application review.

Resins, compounds & chemicals

Pellets, granules, powders and industrial raw materials with project-specific compatibility requirements.

Agriculture & feed

Seeds, grains, animal-feed ingredients and agricultural materials.

Industrial parts & components

Metal parts, textiles, assemblies, electronics housings and production components.

Waste, recycling & collection

Collection liners and handling bags where strength, fit and closure are important.
04
Specification builder

Build the product from the application backward.

The quotation should define the full pack—not only width, length and thickness.
01 / DIMENSIONS

Width, depth and height

Share pallet, container or bin dimensions plus the required overhang, fold, closure and tolerance.
02 / MATERIAL

LDPE, HDPE or blended film

Material route depends on flexibility, clarity, stiffness, sealing, handling and cost targets.
03 / GAUGE

Thickness or film weight

Confirm the measurement method and whether the requirement is nominal, minimum or average.
04 / CONSTRUCTION

Flat, gusseted or shaped

Construction should follow the geometry of the pallet, box, drum, bin or bulk container.
05 / TOP & BOTTOM

Open, sealed, folded or tied

Define how the bag is installed, filled, closed, removed and disposed of after use.
06 / PACKING FORMAT

Loose, folded or on roll

Specify pieces per pack, perforation, core/coreless roll, carton quantity and pallet configuration.
07 / COLOR & PRINT

Identification and instructions

Clear, natural or custom colors; warning text, recycling marks or branding subject to print review.
08 / SPECIAL OPTIONS

Additives and performance

Anti-static, UV-stabilized, slip, release or other options require exact performance criteria.
09 / DOCUMENTATION

Market and application scope

Confirm destination, end use and any material declaration, testing or compliance documentation required.
05
Real-photo production guide

Seven image groups to replace before publishing.

Use consistent lighting, clean backgrounds and real HAPLAST production or product samples. Avoid generic stock imagery wherever possible.
06
Buyer information map

What to send for a useful quotation.

A current sample, drawing or container photo can prevent costly dimensional misunderstandings.
Product / contents
What is being packed, product condition, sharp edges, powder, liquid sensitivity or contamination concern.
Pallet / container
Exact external and internal dimensions, shape, corner profile, filling level and required overlap.
Handling
Manual or automatic installation, filling method, lifting, transport route, stacking and storage duration.
Performance
Strength, clarity, sealing, dust, moisture, static, UV or other measurable requirements.
Commercial plan
Trial quantity, annual forecast, pieces per pack, destination, target date and repeat-order frequency.
Reference
Existing sample, drawing, specification, photos, current problems and requested improvements.
07
Project control

A controlled route from dimensions to repeat supply.

HAPLAST’s internal catalogue positions the company around customized production, quality control, export documentation and repeat supply for global B2B buyers.
01

Requirement review

Application, dimensions, material, packing and destination market.
02

Specification proposal

Construction route, dimensions, tolerance, film and packing plan.
03

Sample confirmation

Reference sample, fit check, artwork or performance review as agreed.
04

Production & checks

Film, converting, dimensions, seals, count, packing and shipment checks.
05

Export & repeat orders

Carton marks, pallet plan, documents and approved-specification control.
08
Responsible material use

Use enough film for reliable protection without unnecessary over specification.

Material reduction should be evaluated together with fit, puncture, seal, handling and rejection risk. A lighter structure is not automatically better if it causes product damage or operational waste.
Claims such as recyclable, recycled-content, food-contact compliant or environmentally preferable must be supported by the exact material structure and the requirements of the destination market.
09
Buyer FAQ

Questions to resolve before production.

How do I calculate the correct pallet-cover size?
Can you make liners for bins, cartons, drums or FIBCs?
Which material and thickness should I choose?
Can the bags include anti-static or UV protection?
Can you pack covers or liners on perforated rolls?
What documentation is available?
